As part of our international marketing strategy, Kerala Tourism is planning to participate in Arabian Travel Market, Dubai to be held from 28 April to May 1, 2025. Associates who wish to avail table space in Kerala Stand at ATM 2025 can register their expression of interest, now.
Who can Participate
- Tour Operators accredited by Kerala Tourism.
- Units classified/approved by Kerala Tourism such as Adventure Service Providers, Serviced Villas, Homestays and Ayurveda Centres.
- Houseboat Service Providers classified by Kerala Tourism / valid licence from authorities concerned. Preference will be given to Service providers having classification by Kerala Tourism.
- Hotels/Resorts situated in Kerala.
- Tour operators recognized by Ministry of Tourism having office in Kerala. Preference will be given to Service providers having classification by Kerala Tourism.
Co-Exhibitor Fee
The co-exhibitor fee would be intimated to the registered co-exhibitors soon after the registration.
Allocation of Table Space
Number of table space will be
- In accordance with the stand space availed by Kerala Tourism.
Allotment of table space will be
- 50% of the total table space will be earmarked for the participants under category 1, 2 & 3.
- Vacancies, in this category if any, will be filled up from applicants in category 4 / category 5.
- Due preference will be given to those who had associated with Kerala Tourism in International Trade Fairs.
- Confirmation of participation will be on first-come-first-serve basis, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
How to Participate
- Eligible trade partners can register online on or before 5 PM April 08, 2025.
- Space will be allotted on a first come - first serve basis.
- Preference will be given to those who had associated with Kerala Tourism in international marketing activities.
