Vedasparsh offers several result-oriented therapies designed to unwind, tone up and rejuvenate within a realistic timeframe. These packages run from one to four weeks. It includes stay in AC superior cottages, detailed consultation by an ayurvedic physician, external therapies, internal medication and special ayurvedic diet. Along with these we arrange yoga and meditation sessions.
