St. Mary's Church, Manarcad

A mere eight kilometres from Kottayam Town lies one of the most famous churches of Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christians. St. Mary's Church in Manarcad attracts people throughout the year but especially during its famous ettunompu (8-day fasting). People come here in the thousands to seek blessings.
