Our property is situated at Nayarambalam in Vypin Island, about 15 KM away from Ernakulam High Court Junction. It is in the midst of a Village surrounded by "Kavu"(Sacred Groves), "Thodu" (Canal), "Pettykkada"(Petty Kirana shop), "Chayakkada" (Tea shop), etc. Those who are on leisure or pleasure trips, can enjoy the Village life and It will take you away from the busy and suffocating city life to a place, where you can get full of vegetation, that will give you the purest form of Oxygen and also act as a stress and strain reliever. I was there from February 20th to 25th, 2020 and really enjoyed my time there. Mrs. Salvi cooked very good authentic food and Mr. Sanal was very accommodating. I can only recommend it.

It’s a perfect place to stay, Sanal and Selvi madam was so friendly and the place feel like home, love to stay here, best facilities and good room and even with a best price, we would love to stay here in all our visits to Kerala, love the service I would surely recommend everyone to come and stay here.

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay at Maliyakal. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness and excellent food. The rooms were neat, tidy, and spacious. This must be a go-to place for those who are looking out for a quiet and calm atmosphere from busy schedules. The family is very obliging and friendly and it feels like home. Highly recommended!!

My wife and me had the opportunity to stay for 3 nights at this homestay, end of last month . The rooms were very clean alongwith the surroundings. The food we had was also delicious and cooked with a lot of love. Both Madam and Sir were very courteous in their manner to greet us and make everything comfortable. I hereby recommend Maliyakal Homestay for your stay, whenever you are in this part of Kerala. Cheers.
