Tejaswini River flows through the property, providing our guests exclusive private access to the river without any outside disturbances. We indulge our guests with white water rafting, kayaking, trekking, houseboat rides & spa services. It is ideal for those who want to get away from the city and spend quality time with family & friends amidst the nature. It is located close to the famous temples and sacred groves of North Kerala where you can witness traditional practices like Theyyam.

A wonderful farmhouse nestled in the lush green palm plantations.The hospitality was out of the world..we had reached around mid night to the farmhouse the host made sure we had a cup of steaming hot tea after our long drive.The breakfast ,lunch and dinner was adipoli(means extraordinary in malyalam)..the tender coconut we had there was so far the best I've tasted..maybe the soil and water have something to it.in the night we had barbeques and campfire.overall one of my best memory of Kerala.

Nature scenic place!
Good place relax (out of city life) with friends and family. We have visited to The Palavayal Farm House with our family members during last December vacation. The property is very well maintained and Clean. 2 rooms and 1 hall are available to accommodate our family members (8 adults and 6 kids). We have made booking for only one night, but we wanted to visit this place in a day’s advance during peak holiday season, but Deepak was very kind and accommodated our request. Very kind staffs around you to take care of your needs. Inside house Caretaker-Mohanan. Outside house-Francis for river trekking & in and surround places. Tasty and homely food cooked by Johnny. On top it Deepak’s father was around to check if our stay was comfort and everything was fine and off course Deepak was available on call support at all times. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks.

Great hospitality and very polite and friendly staff. Loved the stay and have nothing to complain. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the rush of city and go relax in the middle of nature. Mr. Francis will take you guys on a river walk which is excellent too.
