Our small property has six rooms, constructed adjacent to each other, with a peaceful and green ambience. Property Details: - Offers only a stay facility. - Ideal for a peaceful stay with minimal amenities. - Amenities: AC, TV, hot water, and high-speed Wi-Fi. - No beach view or other external views from rooms; balconies overlook the property. - Payyambalam beach (Aramkottam beach) is just a 10-12 minute walk away. Food options: * Only Breakfast available, served between 09 AM and 10 AM * Homely breakfast prepared and delivered by a local catering family * Menu - Vegetarian & traditional Kerala dishes only, with two options daily * No kitchen or cook on-site, but extra Tea/Coffee/Milk can be arranged * Other food options available through Swiggy, Zomato, or nearby restaurants.
