I stayed in this star hotel with family on 2nd June 2018 and was satisfied. Rooms are good with all necessities including tea and coffee maker and in bathroom brush, paste razor, shaving cream etc etc provided. Food is also good. No buffet. Even complimentary breakfast is arranged as alacarta and for this I think because of offseason. Kumarakom is half an hour drive away from this hotel. Nearby the hotel in a walkable distance located the famous Vaikom Mahadeva Temple and Sree Subramanya Swamy Temple. Ample car parking in the hotel is an added advantage. Executive Bar is also good enough. Tariff rates for food and bewarages are very affordable when considering its star stature. A well maintained and reliable property. Will stay here when in Vaikom again.
