Kasaragod district has huge potential for development of tourism owing to its rich cultural background, multilingual community, cuisine, accessibility, geographical position and many such factors. The accommodation facilities available can never be sufficient with respect to the huge inflow of tourists visiting the area. Although notable 5 star hotels exist in the area, there’s a need for 3, 4 star hotels and affordable accommodation provisions with the increase in tourists year-on-year.

The proposed land for the project is 9 acres. The infrastructure would be 3,4 star hotels for 5 acres and budget hotel categories on 4 acres. The estimated cost of the project would be around Rs. 135 crore.
