Here, both the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) and Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) run boat clubs. Those who love peaceful travels watching the beauty of Agasthyakoodam and the Western Ghats must go to Neyyar. Wildlife enthusiasts can club their visit with a trip to the nearby Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Lion Safari Park.

Kottur
Be it a pedal boat or a bamboo raft, the Elephant Rehabilitation Centre in Kottur has everything for a stupendous outing! Besides boating, the place offers trekking facilities and the safe pleasures of a children’s park as well.
Veli Tourist Village
Veli is a package of experiences. There is a beach, a children’s park, a floating restaurant and a veritable flotilla of boats. Kerala Tourism Development Corporation runs the boat club here. Both safari and speedboats are currently available.
