Beef Chikki Fry


Ingredients
Beef (cooked with 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder & shredded) - 300 gm
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Shallots (sliced) - 100 gm
Ginger juliennes - 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) - 3 tsp
Curry leaves
Cinnamon & All spice leaf - 10 gm
Red chilli - 4
Vinegar - 3 tsp

Method of preparation
Cook the beef, shred it well and keep it aside. Take a pan and heat some oil. Put cinnamon, all spice leaf, red chillies and saute them. To this, add chopped ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Stir well and saute. Add chopped shallots and saute it till the shallots get golden brown. Put red chilli powder and stir well. Add the finely shredded beef and stir well. Add some more vinegar, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Crispy beef dish is ready.
