Ingredients
Bitter gourd (cut into thin pieces) - 2 cups Â
Thinly sliced coconut pieces - ½ cup Â
Green chillies (cut into long slices) -4 Â
Chilly powder - 1 tsp Â
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp Â
Coconut or canola oil (for frying) Â
Salt
Method of Preparation
Wash the gourd pieces and drain the water completely. Now add chilly powder, green chillies, coconut pieces, turmeric powder and salt and mix well with your hand. Keep this aside for a few minutes.
After that, you can fry the bitter gourd on a low flame till they turn crispy & light brown in colour. It's great with cooked rice.
