Cashew & Drumstick Avial

Ingredients
Split cashew (soaked for 2 hrs) - 100gm
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 3
Garlic - 4 pods
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Drumstick - 4 

Method of preparation
Soak the split cashews for 2 hrs. Scrape off the skin of drumstick and cut it into 1 inch slit pieces. Make a semi coarse paste of grated coconut, garlic, cumin seeds and turmeric and keep aside. In a pan put in the soaked (drained) cashews, drumstick pieces, green chillies, ground paste and water. Mix well, light the stove and keep the pan closed till the cashews and drumsticks are well cooked. The avial should have a semi loose consistency (water can be added accordingly). When done, switch off flame, add coconut oil and curry leaves.
