Ingredients
Prawn - 4
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind - 10 g
Water - 1/2 cup
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Method of preparation
Clean the prawns with shell. Keep the shell separate after boiling it for some time. Separated prawns should clean properly. Mix with the second section of the ingredients. Boil it, till the water become thick gravy along with other ingredients. Remove the prawns and fry for some seconds in coconut oil. Dress the prawns with its shell. Garnish with French fries.
