Ingredients
Aattirachi (Mutton) - 1 kg (cut into cubes)
Tomato - 250 g
Onion - 250 g
Green Chillies - 100 g
Coriander Powder - 6 tbsp
Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 2 Tsp
Ginger - 50 g
Garlic - 25 g
Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom - 10 g
Curry Leaves - Few leaves
Oil - 25 g
Salt - To taste
Method of Preparation
Slice onion and green chillies and saute. Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Crush ginger, garlic and spices; add with onion mixture and stir. Add mutton cubes, enough water and salt to taste and cook properly. Cut tomatoes lengthwise and saute. Mix prepared meat with the sauteed tomato.
