Roasted Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
Half coconut - cut into pieces
Red Chilli - 8
Shallots - 4
Tamarind (gooseberry sized ball) - 1
Curry leaves
Lemon leaves
Salt
Method of Preparation
Roast coconut pieces and red chillies in flame. Grind it with all other ingredients to a smooth paste. Roll it to a ball and serve.
