Government Polytechnic College
The Government Polytechnic College in Kalamassery was started in the year 1951. Though it began as a technological institute, it attained the status of a polytechnic within a year. The institution offers engineering courses in several branches like civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, automobile engineering, computer engineering and electronics production technology.
