Dhoni Waterfalls

The village of Dhoni is situated about 15 kms from Palakkad and has a small reserve forest and a waterfall within its frontiers. A three-hour trek from the base of the Dhoni hills will take you to the forest and the Dhoni waterfall.

During the monsoon, the waterfall comes truly alive, with the overflowing water gushing down to form small streams. The trek uphill through the green environs is sure to rejuvenate your senses. Prior permission from Forest Range Officer in Olavakkode is required to enter the forest.
