Kudallur

This beautiful calm village near Thrithala, on the banks of the Bharathapuzha, is famous for its scenic beauty. It is home to one of the most famous Malayalam writers - M. T. Vasudevan Nair. It is at Kudallur that the Thootha and the Bharathapuzha meet, and the place derives its name from the merger of these rivers (Koodalooru means the place of meeting).

The incessant flow of the rivers coupled with the scenic beauty of the paddy fields and ranges of hills attracts a lot of visitors.
