The four storeyed Mishkal Masjid is located at Kuttichira. Supported by wooden pillars, this ancient mosque is a fine example of the architectural splendour of ancient days. The Portuguese burnt down part of it in 1510. The charred portions still remain. The mosque is named after the rich trader who constructed it.
