16 Ecotourism projects
As many as 16 of the 49 ecotourism projects being taken up by the Directorate of Ecotourism has been thrown open to the tourists already. The main ecotourism spots opened for the public are
Neyyar, Kallar, Mankayam, Ponmudi, Shenduruney, Konni, Thekkadi, Thommankuthu,
Eravikulam, Chimmney, Parambikulam and Aralam.
