With an independent pavilion of 100 sq. m. area, Kerala Tourism once again enhanced its presence in Germany by participating in the ITB 2009. The Kerala pavilion took the form of an exotic spice garden, showcasing the richness and natural beauty of Kerala with pepper vines, which readily caught the attention of visitors.
The Kerala contingent to ITB 2009 was led by Mr. M. Sivasankar, Director, Kerala Tourism. and the 16 trade participants included Abad Group of Hotels India, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, Emerald Hotels, Intersight Tours & Travels, Vythiri Resort, Kairali Ayurvedic Resort, KTDC Hotels & Resorts, Lake Palace Resort, Manjusha Holidays, Mir Tours, Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Centre Ltd., Pioneer Personalised Holidays, Spiceland Holidays, The Great India Tour Company, The Travancore Heritage, Thomas Holidays & Resorts India and Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel.
