KTDC rechristened
Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) will henceforth
be known as KTDC Hotels and Resorts Limited. This change of name is mainly for
giving more importance to the hotels and resorts owned by KTDC, sources said.
The rechristening will also prevent others from misusing the name. The marketing
process will be more effective too, it is expected. Mr. Cheriyan Philip, Chairman,
KTDC, has expressed his hope that the renaming will help the customers to understand
its activities better.
