Film on Kerala to be premiered in UK
Produced by Kerala Tourism, a new film on Kerala meant to highlight its unique experiences to travellers all over the world is getting ready for its release. Called 'Your moment is waiting' the film would have its exclusive worldwide premiere in London on September 21, 2010.
The film would be screened during the Kerala evening to be held at the Saatchi Gallery in London. For the event, invite has gone only to select guests, which include some of the top celebrity names like Sir Richard Branson, Sir Paul McCartney, Lord Swaraj Paul, Kate Winslet, Kevin Peterson, Hugh Grant, David / Victoria Beckham and Lakshmi / Usha Mittal. The guests would be entertained with cultural representations of Kerala like dance, music and also cuisine.
The film by Kerala Tourism has been the culmination of candid thoughts received shared by travellers who have already experienced Kerala. And they invariably came up with one single experience - a 'trigger' point that they all experienced at certain stages of their time in Kerala; but something that they find it difficult to express in words. The new film 'Your moment is waiting' is all about that.
