France evinces interest in tourism sector investments

The French Ambassador to India, Mr. Jerome Bonnafont expressed France's interest in investing in the tourism sector of Kerala. He said that tourism is one of the main areas for French investments and for this they are planning to conduct a festival called 'Bonjour India' which celebrates Indo-French relationship. The festival will be held in eighteen centres in India including Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi.

More than 200 events are scheduled as part of 'Bonjour India' and this will be followed by 'Namaste India' a festival to showcase the best of Indian art and cultural heritage in France, said Mr. Jerome Bonnafont.
