'Mazha Yatra' - a monsoon tourism project at Thusharagiri
'Mazha Yatra' is an exclusive monsoon tourism programme that takes one through the evergreen forests at Thusharagiri in Kozhikode district, Kerala. This monsoon travel programme is organised by the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC), Kozhikode.
The travel programme would be conducted in two schedules, comprising half-day and full- day packages starting from the Tourism Facilitation Centre at Thusharagiri. The packages would cover the famous Thusharagiri waterfalls, Eerattumukku, Thumbi Thullum Para waterfalls, Honey Rock and other adventure spots in the forest.
The full-day package would cost Rs. 350 for each person and includes the charges for entry, guide and food. The half-day package would cost Rs. 110 for each person. For more information on the packages, contact the Tourist Facilitation Centre at Thusharagiri on +91-491-2236600.
