Online submission of C-Form

The online submission of C-Forms has now become operational in Kerala. The initiative was inaugurated recently in the capital city of Thiruvananthapuram by the Minister for Tourism, Mr. Kodiyeri Balakrishnan. Hoteliers, resort owners, home-stay owners and the like registered with Kerala Tourism can now make use of the new facility, which is easy, efficient, cost-effective and avoids unnecessary delays. The online submission of C-Forms was introduced jointly by the Kerala Tourism and the Department of Home.

While providing hassle-free operations for property owners, police personnel would also have easy access to details of foreigners staying at any given time in Kerala. They will be in a position to monitor the details any time and also can intervene with appropriate measures.

To make use of the online C-Form registration facility, property owners will have to first register themselves as authorized hosts with the government by logging on to www.keralatourism.gov.in. The registered user will then be given a username and password with which they can proceed further to submit C-Forms via online. An online receipt will be issued for registrations done successfully.
