Online photography competition connects Kerala

Your photo could win you a £4,000 holiday in Kerala. This is what the winner of Times online photography for the month of February 2010 stands to get. And that is not all! The trip to Kerala is in the company of noted British landscape photographer Charlie Waite. The competition was run on www.timesonline.co.uk from January 30, 2010 to March 1, 2010.

This 12-night photography tour of Kerala is in association with Light and Land, the photography holiday specialists. The competition was meant for amateur photographers and those hailing from Britain. As part of the Kerala tour the winner would visit the historic city of Kochi, the Periyar Tiger Reserve and the backwaters of Kerala and during the course of the tour would also learn to capture the best frames on camera.
