Your Moment is Waiting - Kerala Tourism's promotional movie has won the prestigious Bronze World Medal for cinematography at New York Festivals (NYF). Besides cinematography, the ad film also secured the three finalist certificates for Travel/ TV Cinema Advertising, Film Direction and Music Score at the NYF.
"The NYF recognition is very satisfying as it proves right our belief that every travel destination needs to constantly reinvent itself to stay relevant and meaningful to the evolving traveller. Our aim was to break through the clutter and depict the destination in a different, yet true-to-life manner," said Dr. Venu V., Secretary, Kerala Tourism.
The film was the only promotional film from the country to win an award at the NFY this year. Your Moment is Waiting, produced by Stark Communications and premiered in London, had also won over a dozen awards at the international-level, including the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold awards.
