Kerala Tourism's new promotional video
A pioneer in using new media and technologies for the promotion of the state, Kerala Tourism's new promotional video has been a tremendous success. Launched during the 2010 Christmas / New Year season, the new promotional video shows Santa Claus enjoying a backwater cruise in Alappuzha and Kumarakom.
Created as a Christmas and New Year video greeting, which caught wide attention, it shows Santa Claus enjoying a houseboat cruise and greeting the people.
The Kerala backwaters, which are must-see destinations, have been placed among the top 133 destinations in the world by the National Geographic Traveler.
