 Duryodhanavadham Kathakali

Kathakali is one of the most celebrated art forms of God's Own Country. It is known for its elaborate costumes, ornaments and facial make-up. The picture is a scene from the play "Duryodhanavadham". It depicts the murder of the villain (Duryodhana) from the epic Mahabharata. Kathakali is the classical dance drama of Kerala theatre. The play is written by Vayaskara Arya Narayanan Moossatu.
