Munroe Island, named after Resident Colonel John Munroe of Travancore, is famed for its narrow waterways, serene canal cruises, and the Kallada Boat Race during Onam. Known for its tranquil atmosphere, the island offers a peaceful escape. It lies nestled in the backwaters of Kerala, 27 km from Kollam.
