Resting on the banks of the Kunthipuzha at Cherpulassery of Palakkad district, Olappamanna Mana is an ancestral home of a Namboothiri family by the name Olappamanna. Most of the members of this ancient-family have made significant contributions in the fields of Kathakali, percussion, classical music, literature, Vedic education and Sanskrit. The double-quadrangular building, called an Ettukettu, is constructed in Kerala architectural style and has now been converted into a homestay.
