Prawn Biryani
A popular item in the cuisine of Kerala, Prawn or Chemmeen is used to make curry, roast and biriyani. Prawn biriyani is cooked on the same lines as of chicken and mutton biriyanis, but it requires less cooking time. Apart from the customary spices and masala powders, yogurt and cashews are also used as ingredients to the make dish tastier.
