Theyyam
One of the most celebrated and famed ritual art form in Kerala is Theyyam. Originated in North Kerala, Theyyam brings to life the great stories of our State. It encompasses dance, mime and music. The picture is a museum dedicated to this ritual art. These are different types of Theyyams that can be seen in Kerala. There are over 400 separate Theyyams, each with their own music, style and choreography.
