Overview

Guests arrive at Misty Lake Resort Munnar through a paved path that travels to the apex of a hillock where one is received and checked in. The welcoming party also comprises numerous birds in the trees, exuberant in their mellifluous greetings. A cluster of cottages with distinctive pyramidical roofs is situated lower down the slope of the hillock, their balconies facing the dip of a valley, looking over a line of bramble and silver oak trees. Paved pathways fringed with lamps link the cottages. Further on, higher up the slope, the resort's multi cuisine restaurant set beside a badminton court and play area for children and a couple of cottages, all, look out at a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape and the seemingly endless stretches of mountains in the distance.
