Ms Indu Krishna
Indu Krishna is the founder of Escape Now, a travel platform exclusively for women. Her venture, inspired by a desire to escape mundane routines, was launched on International Women's Day, March 8, 2016. The idea germinated in 2015 when her friends excluded women from a planned trip to Leh, prompting Indu to create a Facebook page for women travelers. Escape Now organizes unique trips to unexplored locations, with rigorous safety research ensuring meticulous planning. The platform has successfully conducted fifteen trips across India, empowering nearly 60 women to embark on adventurous journeys. Indu's initiative is a testament to women's empowerment, demonstrating that travel is a passion not limited by gender. Escape Now is expanding with plans for 'Monsoon Escape', Spice Escapes, and Spiritual Escapes, including international travel.
