She is an Indian development practitioner and researcher on issues of women’s rights and inclusion, with specific focus on gender-based violence and women’s economic empowerment. She has prior experience and expertise on conceptualizing proposals/ policy briefs, developing project design, undertaking project management, monitoring, evaluation, conducting qualitative research, commissioning projects, networking, advocacy, and alliance building with various stakeholders at the regional, national, and state level. On several fronts she has worked closely in the policy ecosystem in India on gender rights issues.
