Ms. Clareziel D. Ladringan, a multi-passionate Boholana with over eight years of combined teaching experience in higher education serves as an Assistant Professor of the Tourism Management Department at Cebu Normal University. In her relentless pursuit to educate and empower the next generation of tourism leaders who champion sustainability, she is currently pursuing a PhD in International Tourism Management at Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila
In 2019, Clare represented the Philippines at the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) - Eco and Sustainable Tourism Workshop in Laos, a highly competitive United States Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs program for Southeast Asia’s emerging leaders.
Her commitment to community building is evident as a co-founder of the YSEALI Central Visayas Bohol Hub - Project BayBay, an initiative that empowers youth leaders in Pangapasan Island, Bohol. Clare is also an alumna of the Adenauer Young Leaders Program of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Philippines – a German political foundation, where she co-implemented a project supporting AgriYouth entrepreneurs in Lucban, Quezon Province. Recognized as Central Visayas Philippines’ Most Outstanding Volunteer (Individual Youth Category) in 2022, she embodies dedication to service and impactful leadership, inspiring change for inclusive growth, sustainable tourism consciousness, and youth empowerment within her community and beyond.
