Jayni Gudka is a Social Entrepreneur whose work centres around building synergies between people who have experienced marginalisation, and the tourism, events and heritage industries. Jayni serves as CEO at Unseen Tours, a multi-award-winning social enterprise that provides opportunities for people affected by homelessness to curate and lead walking tours of London. She also founded Sama Sama International in 2023 following a research project where she designed a toolkit for co-creating walking tours with marginalised communities most ethically and responsibly, to help more disadvantaged communities set up similar initiatives around the world. Most recently, she has also been working with survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery, helping them do the same.
