The Tree consists of a guesthouse and tree huts placed in the middle of the farm to give beautiful views of the dam, sun set and mountains from them. The property spans across an area of 7.5 acres with rich vegetation. The Farm also has small cattle houses. 1BHK cottage with its interiors made of bamboo and has a fully equipped kitchen with a barbeque station. Bamboo house also has a balcony to give the lush view of the farm. Tree House With full interiors made of teak wood, tree house is located in the middle of the farm to have beautiful view of the sunset and the dam. Farm House It is a fully furnished 1BHK and is the main hub of the farm .It is situated close to the cattle houses.  This farm is registered under the Kerala Agri Tourism Network of Responsible Tourism Mission.
