The five-acre Peppathiyil Farm is located at Koodaranji in the Kozhikode district. This agricultural farm, registered under the Kerala Agri Tourism Network of Responsible Tourism Mission is owned by Mathew Peppathiyil, who has experimented with various farming techniques. He has cultivated Golden Avocado, Red Avocado, Yellow Avocado, and coffee on his farm. A small house adorned with a garden path and a gurgling stream are some of the attractions here.
