The Tata Tea Museum in Munnar showcases the history of tea cultivation and age-old methods involved in its production. The Tata Tea Company holds the record for being the World’s second largest tea producer and distributor. Also known as Kannan Devan Hills Plantation Tea Museum, this museum situated in Nalluthanni Estate is a must visit destination for tea lovers.
A visit to Srishti Welfare Centre For Differently Abled gives to a different perspective of this industry. Built with the intent to empower the specially-abled children of the local tea pluckers, the organisation has so far incubated 205 individuals who are now self-reliant.

Eravikulam National Park is Munnar best kept secret. Home of the exotic Nilgiri Tahr, Eravikulam boasts of hosting South India's highest peak, Anamudi (2695 m), in its southern area. Situated in the Devikulam Taluk of the Idukki district, people also flock to this park to view the special Neelakurinji flowers that bloom once every 12 years. The next sighting is expected to be in 2030.
4.30 pm to 5.30 pm
Mysteriously flowing Pambar River is an added attraction of the trip. Visit the place for a refreshing dip in the chilly waters.
