Watch the making of the renowned Marayoor jaggery. It is made using traditional methods in a humble set-up; and not in factories using modern equipment. The jaggery production takes place on the sugarcane farm itself, in a makeshift shed with a thatched roof. The production of the jaggery takes place in four steps.

Here, the handloom sarees are made of silk or cotton. You can watch the deft expertise of the weavers dyeing, warping and weaving in the traditional way.
