we booked some tickets and travel arrangements to New Zealand in Feb 2024 and had to cancel our due to medical adversities. Malayasian airlines refunded the full amount of approximately I.Rs.13 lakhs in April 2024 and they have not refuned to us the amount. Keep on saying excuses and extensions. We have no other option but to proceed with police and formal legal action against the travels and one of the directors (Mr. Mujeeb Musthafa) to recover our funds. We cannot trust this firm for any business or financial dealings. Be careful to deal with them.
