1.	Day of Arrival	Our team welcomes you at the airport, and offers a traditional welcome experience at the resort. Post arrival, meet the doctor for one-to-one consultation and gives you a detailed day-by-day treatment chart.
2.	Day 01-03	The first phase of the treatment begins with one major session & one minor session. Dinacharya- a daily morning & evening cleansing ritual is administered by the team*. 06.30am- Rise & shine;gratefulness! 07.00am- Swimming/Exercise/Walking at the Breakwater 08.00am- Morning cleansing ritual 08.30am- Regulated diet breakfast & medications 10.30am- First treatment (60minutes) 11.30am- Health drink 01.00pm- Regulated diet lunch & medications 03.30pm- Evening treatment(30 minutes) 04.00pm- Health drink 05.30pm- Evening cleansing ritual 05.45pm- Meditation/ walk by the Breakwater & Lighthouse 07.00pm- Regulated diet dinner & medications 08.30pm- Bedtime 01 Hour Houseboat ride- Experience a tranquil 01 hour sunset ride in our Houseboat on 03rd day
