Round trip taxi ex-Kochi to Munnar

I am planning to visit Munnar in September 2018 with my wife. Please give your best all-inclusive offer for a small AC/non-AC taxi for pick up from Kochi airport to Club Mahindra Munnar and back to Kochi airport from 7/9/18 to 12/9/18 including local sightseeing and excursions to nearby places like Thekkadi, etc during the stay. Offer should include all charges payable by me for use of the taxi including toll, parking, car entry fee, driver bhatta, etc. Quote lumpsum price up to a certain total distance travelled during the hire period and the rate per KM for extra KMs above that.
