Taxi for Cochin-Munnar round trip

Seeking best offers for hiring an AC taxi for 5 nights/6 days for 2 adults on following guidance terms.
1. You will provide AC car/taxi for my (self and wife) round trip starting from pick up at Cochin airport on 7th Sep 2018 and ending with drop at the same airport on 12th Sep 2018 including excursion/sightseeing tours from Club Mahindra, Munnar, where I will be staying during my holiday.
2. The total.ALL-INCLUSIVE car charge is fixed at Rs xxxx. No other extras payable for fuel, car/driver, toll, taxes, parking, car entry, driver bhatta/night allowance, etc. except entry tickets for we two tourists, wherever applicable. All expenses related to use of the car or for the car and for the driver included.
3. Car's use by us (excluding personal use by driver or empty running, if any) over and above a total xxx KM from pick-up is payable extra at Rs xx per KM all inclusive.
4. My room booking is at the upper resort (Mount Serene) of Club Mahindra at Chinnakanal, Munnar (already booked by me).
5. I will pay up to 35% of the agreed price to you at the time of car booking, another 25% to the driver at the time of first boarding (pick up), another 25% will be given to the driver after using the car for 400-500 KM and balance (including extra KM charge if any) after final drop at the airport.
6. Thekkadi excursion will be on 10/9/2018 which includes boat ride in 1:45 PM slot (already booked by me).Sightseeing tours to include special Neelakurinji spots besides other popular tourist spots in/around Munnar.
7. Car will normally be used between 8 AM and 8 PM except during Thekkadi excursion when early start and late arrival is allowed.
8. Substitute AC car to be made available immediately if the allotted car breaks down or becomes unsuitable for further use.
9. Since fuel rates change daily, any upward/downward revision within 5% of the fuel rate prevailing on the booking date will not affect the initially agreed package price. Variations beyond 5% as on the final dropping date (12/9/2018) will be considered in the same proportion of increase or decrease and applied on the initially agreed price.
10. The intention of these terms is to avoid or reduce chances of dispute and be fair/just to both of us. You may suggest if any point is still missing in the above list. Anything not agreed to in ADVANCE, will be treated in my favour.
