This asana helps to reduce the stiffness in the muscles around cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions is reduced. Strengthens the lungs. A good exercise to improve the health of asthma patients. This asana must be done when you are in empty stomach condition. Make sure you have your meals at least four hours before the practice.
