Padanilam Kettukazhcha
Kettukazhcha is an important festival during Shivarathri at Nooranad Padanilam temple in Alappuzha district. Giant effigies of bulls, known locally as kettukala, are pulled to the temple from 15-odd territories (kara) of the temple.
