Pineapple Pachadi
This video shows the preparation of Pineapple Pachadi. Ingredients Pineapple (chopped) - 1 cup Curd (slightly sour) - half cup Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Grated coconut - 1 cup Cumin seeds - 1 & half tsp Green chilli - 1 Red chilli (chopped) - 2 Salt Curry leaves Method of preparation Put chopped pineapple in a pan. Add green chilli pieces and mix well. Pour water and cook till pieces are soft and mushy. Add salt and the finely ground paste of scraped coconut, cumin, seeds, curry leaves and mix well. Cook this for about 3 minutes. Mix well and let cool. Add sour curd and mix well. In another pan, heat oil, put mustard seeds, let splutter, add broken red chilies and curry leaves. Pour this into the curry and mix.
